ASPEN MLT Makes a splash in Honolulu, comes back to Hawaii for AMAZING COMIC CON ALOHA AUGUST 24-25-

It has been over a decade since Aspen made an official tour stop appearance in Hawaii, and we’re thrilled to have the crew back August 24-25-26. Attending from the Aspen team are Aspen Comics co-owners Frank Mastromauro (Dellec, Shrugged) and Peter Steigerwald (Fathom, Kick-Ass), and superstar artist Siya Oum (Fathom, Lola)!
Exclusive to Amazing Comic Con Aloha will be a special cover of Soulfire Vol.7 #2 by Siya Oum. You will ONLY be able to get this item here at AMAZING- not at other conventions, not at other appearances! As a special bonus, Aspen talent- including Siya Oum will be doing sketch cover commissions of Fathom and more at the Amazing Comic Con Aloha too.
The impact of Aspen MLT on the convention floor at Amazing Comic Con Aloha is great in that it bridges Hawaiian Comic Market with mainland comic studios. Convention organizer, Jimmy S. Jay adds, “It’s great to have Aspen MLT selecting our event in Honolulu, Hawaii to showcase their talent catalog of great titles and roster as well. From Fathom to Soulfire, each of their books have themes close to the people of Hawaii. Further, Peter Steigerwald has been a leading colorist in the industry for more than two decades, and Siya Oum- with her work at Aspen, Marvel, and more- has raised the bar for female artists working in mainstream. Both talents are originally from Hawaii, and are great examples of community members going to the mainland and then sharing their talents, their knowledge with the local fans”.
ASPEN MLT will has a booth in middle of the Amazing Comic Con Aloha Floor at the Hawaii Convention Center. Their team will be on the floor each of the days of the convention checking out portfolios, selling exclusive merch, hosting signings, and meeting the fans.

AMAZING COMIC CON ALOHA is Hawaii’s premiere Pop Culture Fan Fest, taking place in Honolulu at the end of AUGUST 24-25-26. The event returns to the Hawaii Convention Center bigger than ever before, a fusion of the very best creators and pop personalities in the world, added with local favorites from the Hawaii Community, extensive programming, an International Artist Alley, and the Wizards of Cosplay.
